Expert guidance and actionable recommendation from our principal designer Sara. This up to 120 min consultation can cover a vast-range of project- and home-related topics. Whether you’re feeling stuck, or unsure how to proceed, you’ll be provided with valuable insights and a sense of clarity. This time is used to truly listen and impart professional recommendations to help you achieve your final vision with confidence.
This is the foundation to many of our additional services. In learning about your vision and aspirations we can then curate a personalized proposal for your project.

$150.00 CAD PER HOUR
This service speaks to the versatility and knowledge of our principal designer Sara; it can be used for guidance in her various fields of expertise. Recommended for clients who have already gained valuable insight from our Design Consultation or those who simply need a specialist. This can include but is not limited to in-person or virtual conversations on design projects, planning or shopping/sourcing for materials, products or furniture. Decision making can be done with confidence when you have Refined Collective Studio by your side.
This service is reminiscent of having a trusted friend join you on your journey. It does not include detailed deliverables, rather comforting on-the-spot expertise.

INVESTMENTS TAILORED TO SPECIFIC SCOPES AND PROJECTS
For clients who are undertaking full-scale renovations, custom-built homes or commercial spaces; this is a turn-key service. It begins with an initial design concept that is then developed into a stunning presentation with visual storyboards and physical samples. Upon approval you receive your final comprehensive construction package. All specifications of finishes, fixtures and architectural details as well as detailed plans, elevations, and reflected ceiling plans are included.
Our approach concentrates on intentional and thorough connection and collaboration. At the heart of it, this is an experience that should be enjoyable and stress-free; we work tirelessly to make that your reality. Including but not limited to professional space planning, furniture layouts, sourcing of furniture and accessories and soft updates like paint, lighting or plumbing fixtures. This service is for clients wishing to transform their spaces without any structural changes or construction. We apply the same level of attention to detail and commitment to an effortless experience as with our other services.
Clients are presented with an equal opportunity to bring their visions to life and receive deliverables inclusive of design developments, specifications, (any) necessary drawings along with budget and procurement.

We invite you to complete our initial intake form, sharing preliminary details of your project. From there you then receive our Investment Guide and we schedule our first chat.

If needed, a paid consultation is scheduled and our first proposal is presented based on your needs. Once accepted, our journey together begins.
